1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Potential Delays: Please be aware that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you via email if we anticipate significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7-21 business days, varying by destination - We ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Australia.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
ON WATCH Technologies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Issues
ON WATCH Technologies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If you believe your product is defective upon arrival, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and/or the cost of re-shipping the package.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- For packages marked "Delivered" but not received: We recommend checking with neighbors, waiting an additional 48 hours, and contacting your local post office.
- If your package is still missing after these steps, please contact us at contact@onwatchtech.com with your order number. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to investigate.
